This is the extra profit that each participant would be expected to generate as a result of participating in free2cycle. It is calculated as average salary including uplift multiplied by revenue generated as multiple of salary (which gives additional revenue) multiplied by profit margin multiplied by profit increase.
This is the total extra profit generated. It is calculated as extra profit per participant multiplied by number of participants.
This is the amount the sponsor would be expected to pay. It is calculated as mileage pledge for 44 weeks at 20 pence per mile multiplied by number of participants.
This is additional revenue divided by additional cost, ie how much benefit exceeds costs.
This is the minimum productivity improvement required to offset the additional cost to the sponsor.
This is the average weekly pledge of participating staff.
This is the amount of revenue that each staff member generates - e.g. if the revenue uplift is 3, then a staff member who costs £30,000 to employ should generate £90,000 revenue.
This is profit as a percentage of revenue.
This is the average increase in productivity by each free2cycle participant. Research indicates that 20-27% productivity increase could be expected.
This is the additional cost of employing a member of staff over nd above their salary, e.g. if the uplifyt is 30%, then a staff member on a salary of £30,000 costs £9,000 over and above their salary to employ.
